Turning

Our 4 CNC lathes have programmable tail stock, auto continuous barfeed and auto screw capabilities. Part size maximum is 15" swing X 40" long. For added support we have 2 manual lathes that can handle a maximum part of 15" swing X 40" long. For added support we have 2 manual lathes that can handle a maximum part of 15" swing X 48" long.

Milling

Triton has 4 CNC vertical mills with 4th axis for a maximum part size of 30" x 20" x 20" to 30" x 20" x 25"
There are also 4 manual mills that can create a maximum part size of 15" x 15" x 30".

Assembly

For your small to large assemblies, we install rivets, keenserts, helicoils, nutplates, etc.

Inspection

Here is a partial list of some of our key inspection tools: Grade A surface plates: sizes 4' x 5' and 2' x 3'; Grade A Height Master and Joe Block Set; (2) 3D Optical Comparators; Height Gauges up to 24"; and other inspection tools such as Bore Gauges, Micrometers, etc.

Programming

Our programmers at Triton use Mastercam, Cad-Cam System.

Quality System

Triton is currently working to AS9100, ISO9001:2000. and MIL-I-45208A; and is working towards AS9100 third party approval.
